While bacterial infection processes have been profoundly characterized using functional genomics techniques, the metabolome-wide consequences associated with a pathogenic state are less clear.

We will introduce our platform for targeted and untargeted metabolomics studies to study bacterial pathogenicity factors, the entry and the intracellular effects of antibiotic  modulators.
